Sauna sessions at the Ozone
Public Sessions
When: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Sessions start at 10:00am, 12:30pm, and 3:00pm
Registration:
Opens Monday each week and closes at 3:00pm on Sunday
Advanced registration is only available for private sessions
What to Bring
Bathing suit or lightweight clothing
Towel & water bottle
Optional: slip-on sandals and a bathrobe
Cold water provided for hydration
Come freshly rinsed
Session Details
Length: 90–105 minutes
Capacity: 6 community members per session
Age Requirements:
16 years or older
Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 21
Cold Plunge: Available on-site
