Bulk Refills

Yes! Bring any clean container—empty or partially full. We’ll weigh it (tare) before filling so you’re only charged for the product.

Anything you’ve got at home—old detergent bottles, soap pumps, lotion containers, jars, etc. It doesn’t need to be fancy!

No problem. We have a sink available in-store if you need to rinse it out.

We’ve got you covered:
A free donation bin of community-sourced containers
A selection of new containers and jars for purchase

Bring your empty container to the counter—we’ll weigh it.
Then, you can fill it, or we’ll do it for you (especially helpful with tricky pumps!).
Once filled, we will weigh it again charge by the ounce.

All bulk products are priced by weight (per ounce)—you pay only for what you take.
Prices are posted on each bulk container or on a nearby price sheet.

Yes! Just call, email, or message us on Instagram (@theozonecenter) to coordinate.
You can leave your labeled containers at our door with a note or message telling us:
What product goes in each container
How much you want (full, half, etc.)
Preferred scent (if applicable)
Your contact info in case we have questions
We’ll confirm pickup details with you once it’s ready!

Nope! It doesn’t matter to us how much or how little you fill your containers, as long as we can get the weight for the pricing.

Yes! We’re happy to label them for you.
We offer free sticker labels, or you can add a $1 embossed label to your order.
Prefer to label at home? Sharpies or stickers work great too! -
Yes—just let us know which product and how much you need, and we’ll arrange a special bulk order for you.

Absolutely. Choose any unscented base (laundry, dish, Castile, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) and add one or more of our essential oils for a small fee ($1–3, depending on the oil).

In-store: every bulk container is labeled with ingredients and sourcing.
Remote: call or message us any time and we’ll send the details.
Recycling / Compost Related

All recycling services are free—except battery recycling, which has a small fee. Donations are welcome to help cover shipping and handling.

Yes, please! Just follow our donation guidelines and drop them off in-store.

Register online or visit the shop. Choose weekly residential / commercial pick-up or drop-off service, and we’ll handle the rest.

Use any container or a countertop bin with a charcoal filter (available in-store).
Residential pick-up members get a free 5-gallon bucket; we empty it on your scheduled day.
Freezing scraps in a container or bag works, too. We accept most kitchen waste—including meat, bones, and dairy—but not compostable plastics that take longer than 90 days to break down.
